DBM has recently completed the supported living facility as part of a private sector healthcare scheme for promoting the independence of vulnerable adults. The project included meeting the stringent requirements as outlined under mental health regulations whilst building a sustainable community that staff and residents can enjoy as both a home and workplace.
The main aim of the project was to provide a supportive and sustainable community which promotes individuality and independence for residents whilst having the comfort of trained staff should assistance be needed. DBM took this to the core of the project using only the highest standards of materials and expertly trained staff to deal with the special requirements needed for such a unique facility.
The facility has since been completed and is now fully occupied and integrating well with the local community.
